Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


We accept all major credit & debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, email, post or over the Internet.

Back orders: if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges


For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free - the system will detect this from the location you enter in the checkout process.


Guarantee & Refunds Policy

In order to give you the utmost confidence and full peace of mind, if for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have purchased we offer a full 14 day money back guarantee (excluding postage and packing charges). This is subject to the goods being returned, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition and with all packaging, labels / tags still attached.


If you are returning goods due to an error on our part, we will refund any postage costs you incur. If you have received incorrect goods you will receive a full refund or replacement goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned goods must be packaged securely as we do not accept responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit.

Please note we can not accept responsibility for goods that are not signed for by us.

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in line with our Returns Policy.

You will normally receive a refund within 7 days of returning the goods. Your refund will be re-credited to the same credit/debit card as the purchase.
